“Lilian Unexpected Order – Belly Button” tells the story of Lilian, a 19-year-old college student who returns home after a long day at school, starving and with an empty fridge. Struggling financially, he has no other choice but to find something to eat. While browsing the internet, he comes across a curious advertisement promising free food in exchange for his review of a product.

Driven by hunger, Lilian places an order and receives a strange box containing not food, but miniature people. Without thinking twice, he decides to swallow the tiny beings, believing they will provide him with sustenance. However, after ingesting the miniatures, he starts to realize that some of them might have escaped his stomach.

In an alternate version of the story, things take a more humorous and surprising turn. Lilian’s girlfriend, also miniaturized, finds herself in an odd predicament: Lilian, frustrated by the situation and wanting to get revenge for a prank she played on him earlier, uses tape to stick her to his belly button. She ends up in an absurd position, stuck to his stomach, adding a layer of dark humor and retribution to the scene.
